This document sets out the General Conditions for contracting and servicing the orders through the systems included in mireiapique.com. Also, this document defines your rights and obligations as their customer. The contracting of the services of mireiapique.com presupposes, in any case, the acceptance of the current General Conditions at any moment. By contracting with mireiapique.com the purchase of the services or by registering as a user in the system, you must read and accept the mireiapique.com General Conditions.

PURCHASE AND SALE OF SERVICES

All the services that are available on mireiapique.com appear on the screen, and are accompanied by a description of their characteristics and their price, as well as other information of interest.

1. PRICES

The prices applicable to the services are those listed at the time of ordering. In the vision of service or list of these, the prices will be informed with VAT included (at the current tax rate).

2. PAYMENT SYSTEMS

Purchases of mireiapique.com services can be paid by credit or debit card and by bank transfer to the account indicated in the purchase system.

3. ORDER PROTOCOL

Once an order has been placed through the system, the corresponding receipt with the complete order information (order number, form of payment, services, etc.) will be sent by email. This electronic receipt will serve you for future negotiations regarding your order.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION

When canceling the order within 2 hours after the purchase, a refund will be made for the total amount of the purchase using the same method by which the order was made, either Credit Card or Bank Transfer, as soon as possible. I fan order is cancelled after 2 hours of the purchase you must contact us through info@mireiapique.com indicating the Order Number.

5. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

If the service has been enjoyed by the beneficiary, no refund is allowed. Mireiapique.com also has no obligation to offer any type of discount, or partial or complete return of the money in case of not being satisfied with the result of the service purchased and enjoyed.

Only (partial) returns will be made in case the person no longer wants the service purchased and has not yet enjoyed it. In that case, the person in question should contact by email to info@mireiapique.com to claim their corresponding return. The return of the service price will never exceed 80% of the final value of the purchase due to Virtual POS costs and derived fees. The maximum term to request a refund (partial) is 14 days from the date of purchase of the service.

Service changes will be allowed. In the case that a service with a higher price is preferred, the beneficiary must pay the remaining amount. And in the event that a service with a lower price is wanted than the service previously acquired, the beneficiary will receive a refund with the value of the price difference, provided that no more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase of the service. In the event that more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase of the service, the remaining amount of the service will not be paid.

CONDITIONS OF THE SERVICES

All services purchased at mireiapique.com are valid up to 6 months after purchase. After this period, the service will not be valid and Mireia Piqué has no legal obligation to perform the service. The deadline to reserve dates for the service expires 2 months before the expiration of the service, in order to ensure availability for the performance of the service within the validity period. 2. DETAILS OF THE SERVICES

The price of all services is for buildings of less than 100m2. In case of buildings with larger built surfaces, the price will be specified with Mireia Piqué through the email info@mireiapique.com

HOME EXPRESS

The service includes a form and a previous call with Mireia Piqué and the beneficiary of the service in order to know their needs. The joint visit to the property has a duration of 2 hours, during which all doubts raised by the beneficiary will be resolved.

HOME PREMIUM

The service includes a form and a previous call with Mireia Piqué and the beneficiary of the service in order to know their needs. The joint visit to the property or buildings has a duration of 4 hours, during which all doubts raised by the beneficiary will be resolved.

FAST WOOD

The service includes a form and a previous call with Mireia Piqué and the beneficiary of the service in order to know their needs. It also includes the taking of measures of the building and the drawing of plans, the in situ advice of distribution and a proposal of low cost furniture, that will be sent through a listing and with plans so that the beneficiary can manage his purchase.

NEW LOOK

The service includes a form and a previous call with Mireia Piqué and the beneficiary of the service in order to know their needs. The joint visit to the property has a duration of 2 hours, during which the property will be analyzed and a series of interventions to be carried out will be proposed, depending on the needs and budget. A list of reliable suppliers and stores will be provided for such interventions.

3. TRAVEL EXPENSES

The services that require travel outside of Sitges or Barcelona city entail some travel expenses depending on the zone of displacement. The travel expenses are custom-made and not added through the mireiapique.com web platform, so before you purchase a Mireia Piqué service you must contact us through the email info@mireiapique.com so we can offer you a solution. Travel expenses are calculated according to the mileage, at 0.50 € per kilometer, from the departure point of Mireia Admetller. For example, if you live in Vilafranca del Penedés the displacement will be 25 km one way and 25 km return, with a total of 50 km. So the price of this hypothetical displacement will be 25 € (50 × 0.5). The travel expenses can be paid during the first appointment with the beneficiary in cash, or by bank transfer.
