OPERATION OF THE SERVICE

Can a service be changed?Yes, as long as it has not expired and in case of having the date of visit fixed, advising 48 hours in advance.

What happens if the service expires?If a service expires, without having previously reserved the date to enjoy the service, the service can no longer be carried out.

Are services carried out outside Barcelona and Sitges?Yes. If your town is in the strip between Barcelona and Sitges there is no charge for displacement.
If you out of this strip send us an email to info@mireiapique.com with your location and we will tell you the cost.

What is the deadline for the visit?Once the product is purchased, we will immediately put in contact to square the agendas and see us as soon as possible.

What if there is time left?It isn’t usual, but considering that the prices are conceived as a pack, it will not be possible to use this time for another moment.

What if there is a lack of time?Depending on the agenda I will stay longer or not. If you think it can happen let me know it in advance to try to have the agenda free. The cost of the overtime will be 75 € / hour and will have to be paid before the service in cash.

Can we meet at 9 p.m?Yes, with an additional cost. Prices on the website mireiapique.com are designed for a timezone from 10am to 18pm. Out from these hours, an increase of € 20 per hour of work will have to be paid, which will be paid in cash before starting the service.
PURCHASING PROCESS

Can you issue an invoice for the contracted service?Of course! If you want us to make an invoice for your purchase, ask for it by email to info@mireiapique.com , indicating your order number and providing us with the relevant tax information.

Can I see my orders?To view the orders made at Mireia Pique, go to the My Account page by entering the email used to place the orders .

Can I cancel an order?Yes, you can cancel an order. When canceling the order within 2 hours after the purchase of the same, a refund will be made for the total amount of the purchase using the same method by which the order was made, either PayPal or Bank Transfer, as soon as possible we can. In case of cancelling an order after 2 hours of the purchase, only a return of 80% of the total of the purchase will be made due to the derived costs. To cancel an order you must contact us through administracion@mireiapique.com indicating the corresponding order number.
